This is the print version notice template.

Normal usage is {{print version notice}}.

Optional parameters:

 {{{1}}}.. is the name of the book
 {{{2}}}.. is the link to the print version (for the refresh button)
 class="noprint" makes this box disappear when printing

Please note that if this template is the only thing on a page, it is very likely that it will have problems.
