It is a superset of {{Noticeboard links}}, සහ වෙනත් සිංහල විකිපොත් හි ප්‍රජාව ඉලක්ක කරගත් පිටු.
The idea is to use this as a footer on appropriate pages that don't have the {{Noticeboard links}} header.
It excludes, for the most part, help pages and rule pages. It's more a directory towards tasks, assistance, news and debates.
